We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with updates on your orders and any special offers (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

Natural Hair Ceuticals uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from NHC only last while you're browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way with the product/s. Notification MUST be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.

Any items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.

Q. What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

The prices indicated on the website are denominated in Australian Dollars, and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) and exclusive of shipping costs. The buyer will bear the shipping costs.

The total purchase price will be indicated when the order is placed and when the order is confirmed.

The seller is entitled to adjust the prices indicated on the website from time to time without any notice being required. The prices indicated at the time at which the order is placed will be deemed to be the prices that form that particular order.

The buyer is obligated to notify the seller immediately regarding any errors in the payment details that the buyer has provided to the seller.

In the event that the buyer exceeds the term of payment he/she will be in default by operation of law, and the seller will be entitled to charge statutory interest on the outstanding amount as from the due date.

Remember when calculating the price of a product or your purchase, you must add the shipping cost.

Shipment can only be made in Australia, and is delivered by Australia Post - either by registered or express post.

On confirmation and acceptance of your order the seller will send the products as quickly as possible, and in any event within fourteen (14) days, to the address indicated by the buyer, provided the seller has received full purchase price for the purchase.

The seller must make delivery in accordance with the agreed delivery terms and dates to every extent possible; however the buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates are based on circumstances of which the seller is aware at the time at which the order is placed and, insofar as they are dependent on work or services to be provided by Australia Post, on the information that Australia Post provide to us.

The buyer will receive notice within fourteen (14) days after payment for the order has been made in the event that the delivery is delayed or in the even that an order cannot be
executed in whole or in part, in which case the buyer is entitled to dissolve the Agreement free of charge until the time at which the order is shipped.

The risk with respect to any damage to or loss of the products will be transferred to the buyer as from the time which the products are delivered.

Please note - where multiple items are purchased in any one order, delivery may be made in multiple shipments and from different locations. The buyer will be notified of this at time of purchase.

You can expect to receive your order shipped via registered post within 4-8 days to major cities, 7-10 days for other destinations and 10-14 days for more remote areas. If you have not received your order after 14 business days please contact us. All orders shipped via registered post are insured for loss or damage. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery. If you leave special delivery instructions you are authorising Australia Post to leave a parcel without a signature. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these cases. If no one is home to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to the nearest post office.

Express post
Orders will be delivered anywhere in Australia within 2-3 days (excluding remote areas). Most delivery delays are due to unavoidable Australia Post and AFP checks or because no one is home to sign for the delivery.
